If it’s an emergency we will try to get someone to you in an hour or less. If it’s not an emergency just let us know when suits you and we’ll be there.

Our pricing is highly-competitive but our standards are the highest.

We would like you to feel totally comfortable using our services. Therefore we want to make sure our rates are transparent and clear.

Our rates are all-inclusive of call-out, parking, congestion charge, petrol etc. There are NO hidden fees. Building materials (if any) are charged to you at retail price and receipts are provided.

We charge a minimum of one hour on all our jobs. Thereafter we charge in half-hour increments. .

You are totally in control of your spend. Our highly-qualified engineers will let you know if the work will take longer than an hour, and YOU can decide if you wish to continue.

We also provide a six-month guarantee with our work. If the work done by our engineers becomes faulty then we will repair it at our cost. This is our promise to you.

Once the job is completed the invoice & report provided to you will clearly show what time the job started and finished plus copies of any receipts for materials purchased on your behalf.

Payment must be made in full to the engineer upon presentation of the invoice.

Prices are all INCLUSIVE of VAT.
